Under the framework of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, the National Plan of Action for Palestinian Children (NPA) aims to ensure the survival, development, protection, and participation of all children within the Palestinian territories. In close collaboration with governmental, non-governmental, and United Nations agencies, the National Plan of Action provides a holistic and comprehensive community-based approach to address the diverse needs of children.
